A popular creeping thyme that grows well in rock gardens, between paving stones, along a stone path and borders. The herb doesn't mind a bit of rough handling and can be trod upon with no ill effects. It has tiny, fuzzy gray to silver leaves with pink flowers in summer that attract bees and butterflies.
